The "test-relink-wiki" command:

Usage: fossil test-relink-wiki WIKI-PAGE-NAME

Run the backlink_wiki_refresh() procedure on the wiki page named. WIKI-PAGE-NAME can be a glob pattern or a prefix of the wiki page.
