The "artifact" command:
Usage: fossil artifact ARTIFACT-ID ?OUTPUT-FILENAME? ?OPTIONS?
Extract an artifact by its artifact hash and write the results on standard output, or if the optional second argument is given, in the named output file.
Options:
- -R|--repository REPO
- Extract artifacts from repository REPO
